Jesus in your spirit will bring the Kingdom of God into your life. The Holy Spirit connects you with the reign of God by the leadership of your own spirit. Your spirit man must take over the mental man by the power of the Holy Spirit. The more you strengthen your spirit by filling with the Holy Spirit, the greater victory over the darkness you will have. You will receive the form, character and anointing of Jesus. You will inherit the Kingdom of heaven and all the blessings and riches of God.
You can strengthen your spirit man in many ways. You must remind yourself of this fact: your victory over darkness means leadership of your spirit over your soul and flesh. Your flesh and soul cannot overcome oppression, temptations and lies of darkness. But Jesus in your spirit makes you an absolute victor over any darkness in any area of your life. Do not fear, only believe!
God has prepared us an excellent way into His Glory. Jesus reconciled us with the Father by His salvation. As a seal of His perfect salvation, He has released the Holy Spirit into our spirit. As result of this, our spirits were born again. The Holy Spirit has sealed you into full salvation and unity with God. Our part is to ask, seek and knock the immersion in the Holy Spirit. Our born again spirit is authorized by Jesus to break all bondages of darkness in our souls. You are destined into victory with Jesus.
Following steps help your spirit man to take over your mental man:
Receive teaching of Jesus and apostles. Let the Holy Spirit give you deeper revelation and understanding about Jesus, the Father, the Holy Spirit and the reign of God. This revelation of God's Kingdom will lead you into the supernatural transformation, where your spirit will grow and your soul will purify and transform.
Let the Holy Spirit strengthen your spirit and cleanse your soul. Let the Holy Spirit lead you through the narrow gate of inner healing and deliverance. You are called to stand up as the “new man” in Jesus. With Jesus you are destined to overcome your “old man”. You can either bury it fast and quietly or spend long periods of mourning. Your “old man” is sentenced to be defeated. Jesus in you by the Holy Spirit is putting down your old man – in cooperation with your will. Make up your mind: your “old man” must disappear and the “new man” must stand up and rule over your soul and flesh.
Help other people into new life with Jesus. Let the Holy Spirit lead you through the narrow gate. Encourage and teach other people in this process of sanctification. Sow what you have received. When you minister other people, the Holy Spirit will teach and anoint you tremendously.
For your growth you will need an active fellowship, where you are supported as a spiritual person and where the faith of God and the anointing of the Holy Spirit lead and operate. A company always changes members into its likeness. Therefore, get rid of deadly religious habits and ungodly connections. Choose life instead!
The doctrine about the reign of spirit man over the mental man is the doctrine of Jesus. It is the teaching of the apostles and the foundation of the church. The authority of Jesus on the throne of His Father is behind this plan of God. The mighty power of the Holy Spirit will confirm this plan with signs, wonders and manifestation of Jesus.
Quit speculating in unbelief and renounce from carnal compromises in your life. As long as you have any sympathies for sin in your soul, you cannot overcome. But as soon as a holy anger towards sin and wickedness wakes up in your heart, you are on the threshold of the victory. Just throw yourself into the fire of the Holy Spirit and let Him burn all the remains of sin from you! New life in Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit is waiting for you!
