3. THE HARVEST IS PLENTIFUL BUT WORKERS ARE FEW!

The Kingdom of God is continuously suffering from the lack of workers! This is simply because God always wants to do more than we would assume. If anyone wants to work for God, He will immediately take him into His training program. He would send His Fire upon and inside him. He would purifyi, equip and transform Hid son / daughter for the great ministry of His Kingdom.

Jesus is offering you a wonderful heavenly job description. He needs only that you apply for His job. Then He will anoint you and send you. You can start working in his vineyard at the eleventh hour and you still get the same reward as those who have been working in the heat of the day already.

God wants to manifest Himself in every area of His creation on the earth. His light and life are needed everywhere. Every child, student, worker, man and woman is a potential worker of the Kingdom of God in those circumstances where he/she is living. Everyone is called to proclaim Good News about Jesus. Every believer is called to heal the sick, to cast out demons and to be salt on the earth. Every believer is called to be Jesus's disciple. Every disciple is called to be like Jesus as the Anointed One.

Peter 2:9: But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, so that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light…

In the Old Covenant only the selected priests were ordained to worship God in His temple. But in the New Covenant, all believers are called dwelling places of Jesus, Holy Spirit and the Father. All born again believers in the New Covenant have priestly ministry. As soon as the Spirit of God has entered your life, you became a representative of Jesus in this world and against the darkness. This new order has broken down every border and order which were known in the Old Covenant.

There are still specially assigned ministries of God which are not mixed with earthly business. These offices are apostles, prophets, teachers, evangelists and pastors. If you are called to some of these offices, you will have a lifelong commitment and unusual devotion to God. Everyone does not have this kind of calling, but everyone is called to be filled with the Holy Spirit, to be full of faith and glory of God. Everyone is called to carry the Fire of God and ignite people around.

Mark 16:15-18: And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. The one who has believed and has been baptized will be saved; but the one who has not believed will be condemned. These signs will accompany those who have believed: in My name they will cast out demons, they will speak with new tongues; they will pick up serpents, and if they drink any deadly poison, it will not harm them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
