2. THE AUTHORITY OF THE SON / DAUGHTER OF GOD

John 5:19-20: Therefore Jesus answered and was saying to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, unless it is something He sees the Father doing; for whatever the Father does, these things the Son also does in the same way. For the Father loves the Son and shows Him all things that He Himself is doing; and the Father will show Him greater works than these, so that you will be amazed.

This was the proclamation of the leadership of Jesus. He did not appeal to his own resources or plans, although He had much more capacity than any other human being. He said He is totally committed to the will and plans of His heavenly Father. Therefore, Jesus as a human being was also fully linked to THE POWER OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD. On the earth, even as a human being, Jesus was fully capable to perform anything that the Father told Him to do. Even raising the dead was possible, as it will be for those who will believe and obey Jesus today.

You may say that you do not have such a character or such a capacity that you would be a true leader in the Kingdom of God. That is absolutely true, because you are not qualified in your own strength. But listen! Jesus does not need your human resources, but HE NEEDS YOU TO BE A VESSEL THAT HE CAN CHANGE, FILL AND EQUIP!

The Kingdom of God is in Jesus. Jesus is in you through the Holy Spirit. You are the ambassador of Jesus and will demonstrate the Kingdom of God in the anointing of the Holy Spirit. The presence of Jesus in your life will change you into His likeness and will give you the qualifications that you need in order to be a leader in the Kingdom of God. Just open your life to Him, yield unto Him and receive His gifts and presence!

The godly capacity will be imparted in you by receiving His Word and letting the Holy Spirit fill you continuously. The Fire of the Holy Spirit will cause an ultimate transformation in your personality. You will be merged with Jesus and receive new qualities for your life and ministry. The Fire of the Holy Spirit will remove your "old man" and create a "new man" in you. You will be transformed eternally into His image. There will be no turning back. You are destined into the Glory of God.

Ephesians 2:4-7: But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in our wrongdoings, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, so that in the ages to come He might show the boundless riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.

God has called you for the unique and important mission that only you can do in your sphere of influence. God has given you unique gifts and properties and put you into the circumstances where He can and desires to use you mightily. In order to be able to perform your task, you need to grow in spiritual leadership. This leadership does not come nor depend on any visible position in the organizations or administrations of this world. It does not depend even on your position in your church. It depends only on your devotion, submission and obedience to Jesus and His Holy Spirit!

Jesus wants that you will rise up in the power of the Holy Spirit and receive a new capacity and resources to act as a leader of the Kingdom of God. Do not look at yourself, look at Jesus! He will transform you, equip you and anoint you for the great work of the harvest.

2 Corinthians 3:18: But we all, with unveiled faces, looking as in a mirror at the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit.

2 Corinthians 4:1-5: Therefore, since we have this ministry, as we received mercy, we do not lose heart, but we have renounced the things hidden because of shame, not walking in trickery nor distorting the word of God, but by the open proclamation of the truth commending ourselves to every person’s conscience in the sight of God.

The leadership of the Kingdom of God operates in His supernatural realm. You need to be dependent, humble and obedient to the Lord. At the same time, you have to be free from the control and opinions of the people. You need to be gentle and full of mercy to the people, but invincible and unshakeable against any power of darkness.

Put aside your own thoughts and plans and be full of faith and revelation of God. Be patient and wait for the timing of the Lord. Be prepared to act in a second when the Lord directs you. Jesus will lead you to meet individuals in extremely difficult situations. Jesus will also equip you to take lead in front of thousands of people.

Your personal anointing is simply your ability to co-operate with God. Jesus is the head of a church and He needs obedient body to function and perform the duties. You need to learn the word of God, to know God's Kingdom and obey the leading of the Holy Spirit without any resistance, wavering or delay. Then the anointing of the Holy Spirit in and upon you will do the works of the Father, just as it was with Jesus when He ministered as a human being.
