1. JESUS IN YOU MAKES YOU A TRUE LEADER
Dear
saint of God! Jesus is the Head of the Universe. He is the King of kings and
the Lord of lords. Let the Holy Spirit reveal you all the supernatural
leader properties and characteristics that Jesus has. Let your
spiritual man, inner being grow and be transformed into His image
and likeness. Jesus will manifest himself from inside of you
and make you a leader of His kind. Jesus in you is the hope of
the glory!
Forget the false image that religion has presented about Jesus.
Jesus as a human being was the most anointed leader on the
earth. His qualification as a leader has no comparison. Let
the Holy Spirit reveal you His supernatural wisdom, strength,
zeal and determination in all that He did! Even as a human
being, Jesus was operating in God's authority as the Creator
of a His body on the earth. He called the disciples to step
into new life in His power and start representing Him and His
Kingdom on the earth. Although Jesus was leading His ministry
in the visible world He actually operated in the realm of the
Kingdom of God. All heaven was following how He performs His
ministry on the earth.

Pet 1:10-12: Of which salvation the prophets have enquired
and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should
come unto you: Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit
of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand
the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow. Unto
whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they
did minister the things, which are now reported unto you by them
that have preached the gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent
down from heaven; WHICH THINGS THE ANGELS DESIRE TO LOOK INTO.
Consider how exactly and perfectly Jesus fulfilled the prophesies
about the Messiah. Think about the loving and gentle heart that
prevailed in Jesus in the midst of His hardest trials. See how
full of perfect faith all His words were when He was teaching
and speaking to people. Please note that Jesus succeeded in everything
He did. He forgot nothing, misunderstood nothing and He had to
cancel none of His words or repair none of his deeds. Whatever
Jesus started He fulfilled it completely.
What kind of leader it takes that 120 people would start from
scratch a new, world wide church just on the basis of spiritual
revelation? What kind of a seed it must be when this new creation
would grow continuously and cause shaking revivals and revolutions
in every nation? This was the glorious result of godly leadership
of Jesus, by the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Jesus established
a totally new creation on the earth - the church filled with
the Holy Spirit and destined it to be united with Him in heaven.
Are you now convinced that Jesus was the greatest human leader
when He ministered in Israel two thousand years ago? Can you
believe that through the anointing of the Holy Spirit also you
are a partaker and joint heir of His qualities and anointing
as a leader?
Revival needs Jesus-kind, strong, persistent, spirit filled
and humble leaders. The harvest is great and the workers are
few. Jesus calls you to follow Him as a pioneer of the revival
to proclaim new revelation of the Kingdom of God. Your challenge
is to receive the anointing, because only that will qualify you.
Your weaknesses, failures, sins or incapacity are no problem
to Him. Jesus has destroyed the powers of darkness and paid the
whole price for you. Jesus needs only your availability and willingness
to be changed. He wants that you reject your old life as a servant
of sin and rise up in His righteousness to serve God. Let the
Holy Spirit fill you and transform you. Rise up as a new creature
to follow Jesus, doing His works. When Jesus rules inside of
you, you will have His leadership, authority and strength for
your ministry!
2. THE ANOINTING WILL EQUIP YOU!
Let Jesus reveal His leadership style to you. The sin has distorted
our thoughts about leadership and created a counterfeit. Now
it is the time to get rid of the deception and lies. Everything
starts from your heart's revelation. When your heart is right
the anointing will come and perform anything you believe on the
basis of the Word of God.
Luke 4:14-21: And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit
into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the
region round about. And he taught in their synagogues, being
glorified of all. And he came to Nazareth, where he had been
brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue
on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read. And there was delivered
unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened
the book, he found the place where it was written, The Spirit
of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach
the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted,
to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight
to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach
the acceptable year of the Lord. And he closed the book, and
he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes
of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him.
And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled
in your ears.
Jesus declared Himself to be the Anointed One that the prophets
had foreseen and proclaimed to become manifested one day. After
having received the anointing He declared that now the prophetic
vision is fulfilled. From this moment on He would be able to
do what the prophets had seen Him doing. He accepted His position
and taught people that now they can expect the signs, wonders
and miracles to happen. The anointing was now resting upon Him.
If they would believe in Him as the Anointed One (=Messiah) they
could receive their miracle!
Stand up in the power of the Holy Spirit! Declare the same things
that the Bible talks about you as the anointed servant of Jesus.
If you are in Jesus, the Holy Spirit lives in you! Consider yourself
as anointed by faith because that is what you are. Do not say
that you are not anointed! Speak out the truth of the Word of
God concerning your life. When you say you are anointed you agree
with the words of Jesus concerning His followers (John 14:12).
Then you quickly come to the need of more anointing.
While accepting yourself as anointed, keep your heart hungry
for more, because you are still on the way towards your final
goal. Ask more, prepare yourself, yield yourself unto God's hands
and be thankful and full of His praise! Speak out the victory
of Jesus in your life, possess this extremely valuable truth
in a humble and obedient heart. Never build anything upon your
own ability or capacity but trust everything upon Jesus. Let
Jesus rule in your life, let Him become your strength and power.
You have enormous resources available by faith and through the
anointing. All this functions in co-operation and submission
to Jesus in you.

WHAT CAUSED JUDAH TO BECOME THE LEADER IN THE FAMILY?
Judah became the leader of the family of Israel against the
patriarchal order. He was not the oldest son and none had anointed
him. He just grew into that position as a result of the quality
of his heart.
Please read the whole history of the sons of Jacob. Joseph had
taken Simeon as a hostage requiring that he should see also Benjamin
in Egypt. Jacob had taken Benjamin as a substitute after having
lost Joseph. The whole family was facing death by starvation
unless the sons of Jacob would show up again before Joseph with
Benjamin.
The oldest brother Reuben promised his two sons as a ransom,
but this had no effect on Jacob's bitter and distressed heart.
Then Judah made a proposal that totally changed the situation:
Gen
43:8-10: And Judah said unto Israel his father, Send the lad
with me, and we will arise and go; that we may live, and
not die, both we, and thou, and also our little ones. I WILL
BE SURETY FOR HIM; OF MY HAND SHALT THOU REQUIRE HIM: if I bring
him not unto thee, and set him before thee, then let me bear
the blame for ever:
JUDAH OFFERED HIMSELF as a ransom of Benjamin! This immediately
melted the heart of Jacob and the brothers were able to leave
for Egypt to get more food. Please note that Judah also had common
sense about the situation. This also was a manifestation of the
godly leadership:
Gen
43:10. For except we had lingered, surely now we had returned
this second time.
We can discern also other occasions which prove that Judah had
different kind of heart than his brothers. He did not commit
to the idea of murdering Joseph. Instead he made a wise proposal
and prepared Joseph a way to survive. Judah was not with some
of the brothers who destroyed Shechem. After falling in the sin
with Tamar he confessed his sin and bore his responsibility of
the act. Please note that in spite of his earlier weaknesses
and failures Judah grew up in strength.
The commitment of Judah was painfully tested by Joseph. Judah
had to tell Joseph the whole truth how he had given himself as
a ransom for Benjamin. As a result of his commitment he offered
himself as a slave instead of Benjamin:
Gen
44:32-34: For thy servant became surety for the lad unto my
father, saying, If I bring him not unto thee, then I shall
bear the blame to my father for ever. Now therefore, I pray thee,
let thy servant abide instead of the lad a bondman to my lord;
and let the lad go up with his brethren. For how shall I go up
to my father, and the lad be not with me? lest peradventure I
see the evil that shall come on my father.
The
words of Judah touched Joseph's heart deeply. He found that
among his brothers there were now a man who was ready to offer
his life for the benefit of the other! This was not the
case when Joseph was thrown into the well to die. The unselfish
love
of Judah delivered Joseph's heart and Joseph was not anymore
able to control himself and keep his secret!
Gen
45:1: THEN JOSEPH COULD NOT REFRAIN HIMSELF before all them
that stood by him; and he cried, Cause every man to go out
from me. And there stood no man with him, while Joseph made himself
known unto his brethren.
Dear friend, this is the key of revival. When the heart of Judah
is born in the church then Jesus will be revealed. The enemy
cannot anymore bind the hearts but the love of the Father starts
flowing and healing people! When leaders of the church let their
heart be transformed and start to give themselves as a ransom
for the weaker ones then Jesus will manifest Himself in His power
and glory. This change must come and it will come!
From this moment on Judah was the self-evident leader in the
family. Please note how great a blessing Jacob released upon
Judah. In his prophetic blessing Jacob foresees the coming of
Jesus, the Lion of Judah!
Gen
49:8-12: Judah, thou art he whom thy brethren shall praise:
thy hand shall be in the neck of thine enemies; thy father's
children shall bow down before thee. Judah is a lion's whelp:
from the prey, my son, thou art gone up: he stooped down, he
couched as a lion, and as an old lion; who shall rouse him up?
THE SCEPTRE SHALL NOT DEPART FROM JUDAH, nor a lawgiver from
between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering
of the people be. Binding his foal unto the vine, and his ass's
colt unto the choice vine; he washed his garments in wine, and
his clothes in the blood of grapes: His eyes shall be red with
wine, and his teeth white with milk.
When your heart is like Judah's heart, you will have true leadership
in the Kingdom God. THE ANOINTING SHALL BE YOUR SCEPTRE AND IT
SHALL NOT DEPART FROM YOU!
4. LEADERSHIP STYLE OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD
As
a leader in the Kingdom of God you are called to perform duties
that
are impossible in natural realm! You will face only
impossibilities without God and His miracle working power. That
is the job description of the Kingdom of God! Therefore Jesus
said, "Without Me you can do nothing!" This condition
forces you as a leader to become empty from your own capacity
and thoughts. You can trust only God and learn to obey His will,
plan, strategy and methods. When you yield yourself unto Jesus, you will never seek position
or honor of men. You just seek to minister people as God leads
you. You will never criticize any leaders around you but instead
you will seek to find out God's solutions for the people. You
will seek to bring life of God in place of death. You will honor
God, fearing to rob any of His glory. You will wear the mantle
of humility with great zeal and care.
As a leader of the Kingdom of God you cannot continue in businesses
which make you partaker of inequities. You cannot follow under
the authority that forces you to deny Jesus or apply unholy principles.
You will serve only one Master, Jesus Christ, who is the King
of kings and the Lord of lords. The anointing of the Holy Spirit
will reveal secret things in your life and around. His light
and fire will purify, sanctify and separate you for God's purposes.
That will cause pain in your flesh but it will bring the glorious
freedom in your spirit.
Be prepared to make your decisions alone. Jesus will provide
you help and encouragement but the decisions will be up to you.
Only Jesus will perfectly teach and reveal you the character
of your decisions and calling. Jesus wants to be your only Master.
He will be enough to you. He surely will.
Matt
20:25-28: But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Ye know
that the princes of the Gentiles exercise dominion over
them, and they that are great exercise authority upon them. But
it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among
you, let him be your minister; And whosoever will be chief among
you, let him be your servant: Even as the Son of man came not
to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life
a ransom for many.
This is the leadership style of the Kingdom of God. Jesus applied
this doctrine and we as His followers are called to do the same.
This was revolutionary in His time and it will always be. The
anointing and the transforming power of the Holy Spirit will
make you to be a leader like this:
1) Your motivation to lead will be God's love towards your people.
You will seek the best of your followers and you will be prepared
to offer yourself as a ransom for the other.
2) You will never seek after any position, power, wealth or
honor. Instead you will seek to serve people and lead them to
Jesus. You will not receive any honor for yourself but you will
give all honor and glory to God. You will not be afraid to establish
and lead great ministries together with Jesus in the power of
the Holy Spirit.
3) You will never control, manipulate, oppress or abuse your
people. Instead of that you will lift up, encourage and strengthen
your followers. You will not allow the stronger ones to oppress
the weaker ones but you will teach and command everyone to protect
and take care of those who need help.
4) You will teach your people to find those who have been lost.
You will teach an equip them to heal the sick and deliver the
captives. You will be able to demonstrate the power of God for
the people. You will pray for your people and protect them with
authority.
5) You will not force or bind your followers by any means. You
will seek the goal and direction from God and call people to
reach out to the same goal. You will not have your own goals
but instead you will unite yourself with the goals and strategies
of Jesus.
6)
You will live according to your teaching. Your high ethics,
quality of your heart, purity of your life, your devotion to
God and strength against evil powers will produce the appreciation
of the people in your ministry.
7) You will be able to discern the calling and anointing of
your followers. You will nourish those gifts, strengthen them
and appoint into the duties according to their anointing.
8) You will love to bring up new more anointed leaders than
you are. You will not be jealous and never compete with anyone.
This kind of sowing into the Kingdom of God will cause you as
a leader to grow enormously in your anointing and ministry.
9) You will have clear calling, vision and understanding about
your duty before God and people. You will boldly and clearly
proclaim your vision to people and call them to follow. Your
preaching will inspire and wake up people. You will see people
with desperate hunger and thirst for God in your ministry! Hungry
ones will follow and grow with you.
10)
You will have supernatural qualities merged inside of you.
You will have the courage of a lion and the gentleness of a
lamb.
You will have great boldness and surprising meekness. You might
be young or old, educated or uneducated, man or woman and so
on...!
5.
LET JESUS RULE IN AND TROUGH YOU!
All authority comes from God. There is no authority without
Him, because He is the Creator and Master of everything. The
more you yield yourself unto Jesus and the more you obey Him,
the greater authorization you will have. Your authority is of
Jesus when you co-operate with Him. If you try something without
Jesus you will not have any authority except the capacity of
your flesh. In your flesh you may be able to manipulate some
weak persons or create some illusions. You might pretend that
the power is present but nothing really happens. Only Jesus through
the power of the Holy Spirit in you is the true and ultimate
source of your authority. When Jesus will show up then great
and wonderful things will happen!
Matt 8:5-10: And when Jesus was entered into
Capernaum, there came unto him a centurion, beseeching him, And
saying, Lord,
my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented.
And Jesus saith unto him, I will come and heal him. The centurion
answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest
come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant
shall be healed. For I am a man under authority, having soldiers
under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to
another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he
doeth
it. When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that
followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so GREAT
FAITH, no, not in Israel.
This
centurion understood the character of the authority of the
Kingdom of
God. It was the same as he applied in his military
duty. As long as he obeyed the orders of his leaders he had authority
to command his followers. The precondition of his authorization
was obedience, not position, as some may think. He said, "I
AM A MAN UNDER AUTHORITY..." As long as he was an obedient
part of the authority line of the army, he could operate in the
authority of the chief commander of the army.
Jesus is the head of the Universe. He is the Ruler over all,
even all darkness. If you want to win any power of the darkness,
you will need the authority of Jesus to work within you. You
need to be connected in the authority line of Jesus, which means
following the inspiration of the Holy Spirit inside you. Jesus
is your Master all the time and He speaks to you through His
Spirit in you.
There is no delegated authorization outside of the real time
presence and leading of Jesus. If you depart from the inspiration
of the Holy Spirit, your anointing will not work! This is simply
because the Holy Spirit is the spirit of truth and He can not
agree with anything that is not from the Father. But anywhere,
anytime and in any situation when you connect yourself to the
authority line of Jesus, you are authorized to use His authority
against the powers of darkness or circumstances. Through you
He will do the works that are in His plan and purposes!
How you connect yourself to the authority line of Jesus:
1) Obey the written Word of God in your life. Let the authority
of the Word of God be revealed to you so that you accept it as
extremely strong, eternal and awesome conveyor of the power of
God. The Word of God is Jesus and therefore also the written
Word is unexhaustible source of life and revelation of God.
2) Study the Word of God and find out the rules of the Kingdom
of God. Jesus will never contradict the written Word. Therefore
you are well prepared for any situation when you understand the
principles of the Kingdom of God. When you know the Word of God,
you will know how God operates and what kind of plans He has.
Then you will also be prepared to face attempts of darkness and
discern the deceptive lies. Knowing the Word of God prepares
your heart to listen and receive detailed directions in any situations.
3)
Learn to discern the personal inspiration of the Holy Spirit
in your
life. Practice to hear and obey His voice consistently.
Learn to discern when the anointing rests upon your thoughts,
words or deeds. The voice of the Holy Spirit is the "rhema" word
of God for a specific situation and it contains all the authority
and power of God, when you hear and obey it.
4) Let the 'still small voice of a gentle wind' become the absolute
authority of your life. Learn to set aside your mind and understanding.
Learn to respond immediately and exactly. When you are faithful
in small things, Jesus will trust you greater tasks.
5) Let Jesus purify from you all rebellion, compromise and infirmity.
Learn to co-operate under the authority, preparing your heart
for the next move of God in your life. Keep your heart pure and
free.
6) Live a life where the Holy Spirit will rest upon you. If
you realize you have sinned, return quickly to the path of life.
When you are in temptation, flee to Jesus.
7) Keep your mind in Jesus. Think about what Jesus would do
in your situation. When you let your heart be softened in love,
you will hear much more from Jesus. Make a commitment to be available
24 hours a day for Jesus!
8) Begin your day having a time of fellowship with Jesus. Let
Him speak to you and remember what He says to you. He is your
Master and He has a lot to say to you concerning the schedules
of your life. He will be with you forever!
Jesus wants to take you into His plans. It is up to you how
far you want to go with Him. Jesus wants to use you more than
you would do! He believes in you more than you do. He is calling
you into stronger anointing and higher calling. Because of His
faithfulness you will reach the goal of your life. Jesus in you
will make you a great leader in the Kingdom of God!
With love in Jesus Christ
