1. FAITH IN THE TRUTH - FAITH IN GOD Dear friend of revival, In this letter we will study the vital importance of discerning between lie and truth in a way that will convince you deeper than ever. This teaching will burn some areas in your soul where lies may have been hiding and misleading you. Be brave and let the truth destroy the lies and lead you into freedom. Our teaching is profound and you will need time to digest it. Read this repeatedly and LET THE TRUTH BE ESTABLISHED in your life in a new way! When you received Jesus as your Saviour, the Holy Spirit revived you to be a new creature. You are born of God and through this new birth you are a legal heir and authorized to receive all the blessings that the Father God has commanded for you in Jesus. However, you MUST KNOW WHAT IS THE CONTENT OF YOUR INHERITANCE before you are able to exploit the riches that you have available. Only the truth of the Word of God will reveal truthfully your position, inheritance and future as a son/daughter of God. Your new creature is born of truth and you will conceive the truth and live in the truth. You believe as you are taught to believe. Your destiny is determined according to your beliefs which are based either on truth or lie or confusion. Believing the lie will lead you to trust on the powers of darkness. Seeking and believing the truth will lead you to believe in God and in His reign. Confusion is equal to lie because the spirit of lie has spoiled the discernment of truth. Truth is the only hard rock on which you can live safely and successfully. Matt. 16:23: But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art a stumbling-block unto me: for THOU MINDEST NOT THE THINGS OF GOD, BUT THE THINGS OF MEN. The grave truth is that the minds of people are corrupted and filled with the multitude of lies of the devil because of the fall in sin. We have - in order to be able to believe as God believes - to allow the Word of God to flush away all the lies of the devil from our thought life. Mark 11:22: And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God (i.e. GOD'S FAITH)… The original text of Greek says (Mark. 11:22): "Have the faith of God!" Many translators have distorted the original content of this word because according to their natural thinking a man can not have the faith of God. They think that this word must mean something less and therefore they have rejected the truth and accepted a lie, which is misleading many people who read their translation even today. The natural man is not able to have the faith of God, because the devil controls his soul. He can not see the reign of God and cannot understand it. But the BORN AGAIN PERSON IS BORN OF GOD AND GOD'S SPIRIT LIVES IN HIM. Jesus Himself dwells in His people through His Holy Spirit. He teaches and produces the faith of God in the spirit of the believer. As a born again believer your spirit has the calling and capacity to live and grow in the faith of God. This is how you will be saved, healed, delivered to receive all the blessings of God for your life. Rom 12:2: And be not fashioned according to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God. Paul urges us to turn away from natural thinking and be directed to search the will of God. Jesus wants that we would adjust ourselves to live according to His reign and not according to this visible world! As soon as the knowledge of the will of God has seized your mind and spirit you will be able to believe as God believes!
The Word of God is powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword. God's word will perform everything that it says. When you receive the truth of the Word of God, the power of the Holy Spirit will move. As you preach, speak and obey the Word of God the signs and wonders will follow you. Our challenge even in this age is to be renewed in our minds to accept and embrace in the truths of the Word of God. Let the Word of God destroy any speculation and high thought which would resist the truth of God. Meditate the Word of God and let the Holy Spirit teach you. Captivate your thoughts into obedience to Jesus! Reject the traditions and human thinking and think like God thinks! Spend quality time in silence with Jesus and let Him envelope you with His glory and wisdom. You can do this because you are a new creature and the Holy Spirit is helping and teaching you. Just do it! Luke 24:45-47: THEN OPENED HE THEIR MIND, THAT THEY MIGHT UNDERSTAND THE SCRIPTURES; and he said unto them, Thus it is written, that the Christ should suffer, and rise again from the dead the third day; and that repentance (i.e. CHANGE OF MIND OR THINKING) and remission of sins should be preached in his name unto all the nations… The devil tries to distract you to focus your mind into wrong direction. Repent from straying off course and focus your whole life to Jesus. The Holy Spirit will give you exact guidance and quick warning any time you would be distracted from the right path. The Spirit of Truth will lead you into the whole truth. You need not to be afraid of losing your goal. Just be sensitive to hear the voice of the Holy Spirit and the supernatural wisdom will lead you into the increasing knowledge of Jesus Christ. 2. THE LIE OF THE ENEMY VS. THE TRUTH OF GOD John 8:31-32: Jesus therefore said to those Jews that had believed him, IF YE ABIDE IN MY WORD, THEN ARE YE TRULY MY DISCIPLES; AND YE SHALL KNOW THE TRUTH, AND THE TRUTH SHALL MAKE YOU FREE. The knowledge of the truth begins from reading and hearing the Word of God. But the deep insight and knowledge of the truth becomes only from ABIDING IN JESUS'S WORDS. This means daily and continuous direction of mind and faith to the teaching, salvation and person of Jesus. You need to yield your will to obey the will of God. You need to observe and pursue the promises and the position that belongs to you in Jesus. If you ignore or neglect some areas of your inheritance God cannot give it to you, because without faith it is impossible to please God (Hebrew 11:6). God will always give you according to your faith. The truths that Jesus teaches are spiritual. You can not understand them with your natural mind. Therefore a man must be born again from the Spirit of God through the living Word of God. Because the truths of Jesus are spiritual, they are eternal, imperishable and higher than visible facts. Therefore His Word has an immense power to do anything and anytime for you also. God's Words reign the heavens and the earth. Abide in His Word and let Him reign your life also! John 8:43-45: Why do ye not understand my speech? Even because ye cannot hear my word. Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father it is your will to do. HE WAS A MURDERER FROM THE BEGINNING, AND STANDETH NOT IN THE TRUTH, BECAUSE THERE IS NO TRUTH IN HIM. WHEN HE SPEAKETH A LIE, HE SPEAKETH OF HIS OWN: FOR HE IS A LIAR, AND THE FATHER THEREOF. Every temptation of the devil is a lie and leads to a deception. Every weapon that devil offers to a man will destroy and lead him under a condemnation. Every 'advice' of the devil will lead to a failure and further from the truth. Every human thought and feeling which the Word of God and the Holy Spirit has not lighted or inspired will contain lies and will lead astray. ALL THAT THE DEVIL IS AND SPEAKS IS LIE AND ALL THAT JESUS IS AND SPEAKS IS TRUTH. Many deceiving and destroying demons are hiding in the hurt feelings. They speak fear, bitterness, hatred, rejection, murder, failure and destruction into the thoughts of the people. This is why we need the healing touch of Jesus into our inner beings. The healing will come through entering into the lifestyle of forgiveness. Then the peace will come and the truth will reign in our life. John 14:6: Jesus saith unto him, I AM THE WAY, AND THE TRUTH, AND THE LIFE: no one cometh unto the Father, but by me. God has created everything in Jesus and everything will remain in power through Him. The powers of the sin and darkness have only a temporary permission to operate until they will be utterly destroyed. All that has come into Jesus will be saved and will inherit eternal life. Those people, creatures, substances, material and spirituals worlds that have got outside of the salvation of Jesus will be destroyed. All permanent is truth and all perishable is lie. 3. LIES IN THE GARDEN Genesis 3:1: Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which Jehovah God had made. And he said unto the woman, YEA, HATH GOD SAID, YE SHALL NOT EAT OF ANY TREE OF THE GARDEN? The devil throws an impudent lie to the woman in the garden: "Is your God so hard, that He really does not allow you to eat from any tree in the garden?" Through this assault the devil challenges the woman to discuss with him. The devil will act alike with any person that he tries to deceive! He is the father of lies and he lies all the time. This is one of the most important truths that you need to know. Therefore you must not listen to him at all! The woman made a crucial mistake when she began to discuss with the serpent. Instead of listening and talking to him she should have had quickly cast the serpent out from the garden! God had given her a dominion over EVERYTHING ON THE EARTH. One word of the woman would have cast the serpent totally out without any conversation and prevent its fatal consequences. Do not listen to the devil's voice in any form or situation! As soon as you would start listen to him you would open your soul to receive his deceitful influence. If you communicate with the lies of the enemy he will sooner or later seduce you with his increasing lies. The touch of the devil is destructive for your faith towards God. Do not think that you would be able to discuss with the devil without becoming deceived! That kind of attitude is pride and will lead to a failure. The Jehova's witnesses use this seductive method. They try to get into a conversation with their victim by some tricky means. If they notice that the person would show some interest to discuss or debate they see that the door is open for increasing influence of their lies. The only safe way to deal with false religions is to stay apart from their messengers and doctrines. It is another thing if the Holy Spirit has authorized and called a servant of God to win this kind of sinner into salvation of Jesus. Then the Holy Spirit will give an effective plan, protection and power over the lies of the devil to win these people for Jesus. The woman should have commanded the devil in the garden like this: "You are a liar. I don't listen or discuss with you. Go away with your lies and stay away forever!" Then she should have started to worship God like this: "Oh God, I love You and worship You! You are so good! You will take care of all my needs and provide me with Your glory forever and ever. Oh God, I will serve You and abide in You forever! Your presence is my delight and fulfilment of my life!" Even today this is the way how you win the devil and abide in Jesus! Genesis 3:2-5: And the woman said unto the serpent, Of the fruit of the trees of the garden we may eat: but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. AND THE SERPENT SAID UNTO THE WOMAN, YE SHALL NOT SURELY DIE: FOR GOD DOTH KNOW THAT IN THE DAY YE EAT THEREOF, THEN YOUR EYES SHALL BE OPENED, AND YE SHALL BE AS GOD, KNOWING GOOD AND EVIL. There was no truth in the words of the serpent. The truth was the contrary: Eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil would be a deadly rebellion against the will of God. Of course God knew all the consequences of this act: Adam and Eve would lose the glory of the Holy Spirit, they would surely die, they would become slaves of sin, they would become spiritually blind and they would be departed from God. As a result of the falling they would become orphans and controlled by fear and guilt. When you are struggling with any problem in your life, you need to remember that sin has profoundly destroyed even your heart and mind. Your problems are not on God's side but they are rooted in your unbelief, confusion, ignorance and deceitful thoughts. The good news is that through Jesus you now have a new life and a new future with new prospects of success and glory! You are already delivered from the life in darkness. The Word of God and the Spirit of Truth are witnessing this truth for you all the time. Receive this truth and start living accordingly! Praise the Lord! God in Heaven sees the good and evil, but He does not know it, because He is outside of the darkness. God is the light and there is no darkness at all in Him. The feelings of God are deep and powerful, but His feelings are inspired by His immense glory and perfect love. As the Son of man Jesus faced all the temptations that can touch any human being. In His sufferings after Gethsemane Jesus felt the wages of sin. After His death He faced the ultimate power of darkness when He carried our sins and punishment on His shoulders. In this way Jesus got to know the evil although He was perfectly sinless. But first of all Jesus knew God's love, which is greater than the punishment of sin. For so God loved the men that He sent His only begotten son that none would perish but all would be saved. Praise God for His Salvation! 4. JESUS CONQUERED THE DEVIL IN THE WILDERNESS In the wilderness the enemy was tempting Jesus as if speaking the words of God, although everything he said was a filthy lie. Therefore we need to know God and His Word so well that no counterfeit would pass our consciousness. We need deeper understanding from the Word of God than plain religious phrases. The Spirit of Truth will equip us with the deep and convincing knowledge of God and His Word. Luke 4:3-4: And the devil said unto him, if thou art the Son of God, command this stone that it become bread. And Jesus answered unto him, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone. The devil tried to challenge Jesus to prove His divine origin by doing a miracle. Jesus did not take the challenge of the devil at all. Instead He proclaimed His perfect trust and dependence on God. Jesus quoted the Word of God that destroyed the seeds of doubt that devil tried to sow. Luke 4:5-8: And he led him up, and showed him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. And the devil said unto him, To thee will I give all this authority, and the glory of them: for it hath been delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it. If thou therefore wilt worship before me, it shall all be thine. And Jesus answered and said unto him, It is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve. The devil had no intention to give Jesus - as the Son of a Man - the authority over the earth. Firstly, he did never got any authority or ownership concerning the earth. Secondly, the devil does not give anything good to anyone in case he would have something. The truth is that the enemy owns nothing and certainly Jesus knew this. Before his falling Lucifer himself was a possession of God and served God on His mountain of glory. All that Lucifer had in his use was a gift and blessing from God. The falling of the Lucifer was to covet the status, honour and possession of God. After his falling Lucifer lost everything including his future! Lucifer became a thief, traitor, liar and destroyer. The judgement of God became upon him and his followers quickly and irrevocably. Jesus and His Bride will execute the sentence of the devil fully as soon as the plan of God has proceeded for this to happen. The earth and everything that exists here will eternally be God's possession. In His creation God gave the man stewardship and dominion over the earth. God's plan was that he would exercise His will and fulfil His plan on the earth. As a result of the falling the man lost his capacity to perform this and the devil took him under his slavery. In this way the devil became the false prince of this earth. Through His redemptive work Jesus destroyed devils illegal reign over the man. God commanded, that every man who believes in Jesus, shall become His son/daughter and rule over the powers of darkness with Jesus. This is the law of the Spirit of Life and it will operate in every born again person. Before His resurrection Jesus proclaimed that ALL POWER IN HEAVEN AND EARTH IS GIVEN UNTO HIM. Jesus raised His followers into the position, where they will reign already in this world together with Jesus - by exercising the faith of God. In His second coming Jesus will finally destroy the powers of darkness together with His saints. The enemy could not distract Jesus to argue about his lies. In every temptation Jesus directed Himself to worship His Father. He did not receive anything from the devil and did not prove anything to the devil. Jesus turned His mind and heart towards God in Heaven and received the glory from the Father. The devil can do nothing to a believer, who does not respond to the evil temptations but turns his eyes towards the glory of Jesus and worships Him alone! Luke 4:9-13: And he led him to Jerusalem, and set him on the pinnacle of the temple, and said unto him, If thou art the Son of God, cast thyself down from hence: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee, to guard thee: and, On their hands they shall bear thee up, Lest haply thou dash thy foot against a stone. And Jesus answering said unto him, It is said, Thou shalt not make trial of the Lord thy God. And when the devil had completed every temptation, he departed from him for a season. This is the strategy which destroys and cancels the plans of darkness! You have a capacity to decide what kind of thoughts you entertain in your mind. When your thoughts are filled with THE TRUTH OF GOD, the devil totally loses his power over you! Praise God for His saving Word and power of the Holy Spirit! 5. THE TRUTH AND THE END TIMES 2 Thess 2:7-12: For the mystery of lawlessness doth already work: only there is one that restraineth now, until he be taken out of the way. And then shall be revealed the lawless one, whom the Lord Jesus shall slay with the breath of his mouth, and bring to nought by the manifestation of his coming; even he , whose coming is according to the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, and with all deceit of unrighteousness for them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God sendeth them a working of error, that they should believe a lie: that they all might be judged who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. The spirit of the Antichrist is already working, but the spirit filled church is restraining the breakthrough of the Antichrist in this world. Jesus gave his disciples the authority to stamp down all serpents and scorpions and ALL POWER OF DARKNESS. The church is His body which performs His will on the earth. But there will come the time when the anointed church will be caught up into the Heaven. When this happens the earth will become exposed to the full influence of the Antichrist. All those who reject Jesus and the anointing of the Holy Spirit during the preparation time of the Bride, will face the false anointing of the Antichrist. GOD ALLOWS THIS GREAT DECEPTION TO COME FOR THOSE WHO REJECT THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH. But even during that time of tribulation those who love the truth more than the darkness will find that Antichrist is from darkness and they will receive the truth of Jesus. God will give this one last opportunity even for the worst rebels. Rev 6:14-17: And the heaven was removed as a scroll when it is rolled up; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. And the kings of the earth, and the princes, and the chief captains, and the rich, and the strong, and every bondman and freeman, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains; and they say to the mountains and to the rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: for the great day of their wrath is come; and who is able to stand? The book of Revelation describes here the time after the rapture. At the end of the time of Antichrist God will remove the veil and His Glory will shine towards the earth and all people there. The Glory of God will touch everyone with immense power. This is the beginning of the second coming of Jesus in His Glory. But the deception of the Antichrist has destroyed some people's souls and twisted their minds totally away from the truth. These people have received the lie of the Antichrist and they are not anymore able to discern even the love of God. They feel that the love and truth of God is His wrath. The righteousness of God is not acceptable to them. Therefore they try to flee from Him. Even in this moment God directs His love towards all people. ALTHOUGH GOD IS ALWAYS LOVE, PEOPLE WHO ARE DESTROYED BY ANTICHRIST WILL FEEL IT AS A WRATH. You have to remember that Jesus is the Lamb of God and He gave his life as A ransom for every human being. He will never be changed in some demonic way into evil wrath. He has always been and will always be love. God is the same yesterday, today and forever. This incident shows how sin can destroy a man's soul so that he is totally captured by the deception. The love of truth will save also during the time of Antichrist. Not one believer should remain in that perilous time! Therefore we should now fall in love with truth which will TOTALLY SAVE US FROM THE TIME OF WRATH - and catch us into heavenly wedding celebration with Jesus! 6. THE POWER OF THE ENEMY IS IN HIS LIES Luke 11:14-26: And he was casting out a demon that was dumb. And it came to pass, when the demon was gone out, the dumb man spake; and the multitudes marvelled. But some of them said, By Beelzebub the prince of the demons casteth he out demons. And others, trying him , sought of him a sign from heaven. But he, knowing their thoughts, said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and a house divided against a house falleth. And if Satan also is divided against himself, how shall his kingdom stand? because ye say that I cast out demons by Beelzebub. And if I by Beelzebub cast out demons, by whom do your sons cast them out? therefore shall they be your judges. But if I by the finger of God cast out demons, then is the kingdom of God come upon you. When the strong man fully armed guardeth his own court, his goods are in peace: but when a stronger than he shall come upon him, and overcome him, he taketh from him his whole armor wherein he trusted, and divideth his spoils. He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth. The unclean spirit when he is gone out of the man, passeth through waterless places, seeking rest, and finding none, he saith, I will turn back unto my house whence I came out. And when he is come, he findeth it swept and garnished. Then goeth he, and taketh to him seven other spirits more evil than himself; and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man becometh worse than the first. This is not a parable but an exact description of Jesus about the spiritual fight of the people. We have to take every word in this teaching as Jesus says it. Jesus cast out demons by the power of the Holy Spirit (=by the finger of God) and so His followers will also act. When a demon has been cast out, the reign of God has SUDDENLY come in the midst of the people. Jesus speaks about the strong man and about his court, weapons, spoil and house. These are the works and influence of the devil, where God has no part. Jesus speaks separately about a man, where the deeds of the evil are manifesting. The devil guards his sphere of power and the destruction that he has caused in a man. His 'court' is the structure of the darkness, lie, deception and destruction in the man. The 'court' of the demon in the dumb man was the destruction and curse of his life because of the dumbness. The 'court' of the devil is full of darkness, filth and wickedness. The building material of the 'court' is LIE AND DECEPTION, which open the way to hatred, bitterness, death, sickness, destruction, filth and other wickedness. The demons have dwelling places in that court. The court of evil is on the yard that is purposed for the temple of the Holy Spirit. God's plan is to fill this yard and temple with righteousness, joy, peace, love, blessing, life and glory! The enemy guards his production by means of fear, unbelief, guilt and false condemnation. The enemy has never owned and never will own a man. He can only control, enslave and deceive a fallen man with his lies. The good news is that Jesus has already attacked the enemy and stripped him of his weapons. He has come to destroy all the works of the devil. In the verse 22 the word 'divideth' comes from the Greek word 'diadidomi' which means 'deal out'. The spoil means the weapons and deeds of the devil like sin, sickness, curse, demons and their influence in a man. Jesus has stripped the demon of all his weapons and dealt out the spoil of sin, sickness, curse, destruction etc. back into the darkness. Therefore we can in His name command this to manifest in this age already! Do not be afraid, only believe! Ps. 103:12: As far as the east is from the west, So far hath he removed our transgressions from us. The demon that had been cast out said: "I will return to my house!" The court did not exist anymore but the former dwelling place still existed. The demon said that the house was HIS. So it must be something that the demon owned. THE HOUSE OF THE DEMON IS THE LIE WHICH AUTHORIZES THE DEMON TO CAPTURE THE SOUL. This man was delivered but the lie remained in his mind and therefore the devil could come back. Because the demons try to control people by all possible means, the demon will take with him seven worse ones in order to terrorize the whole yard. This teaching can be applied to a believer also! The believer must not compromise between darkness and light. You must choose either one. The compromise thinking is one of the worst and most destructive lies. The deception of combining GOOD AND EVIL was the core of the falling into sin. Renounce from all compromises in your life. Be assured that you will not have future on two ways. Choose the way of life and reject the way of darkness. Then the blessings will descend upon your life and you will be saved to eternal and increasing glory in heaven. 7. RECEIVING THE TRUTH We need to confess the profound destruction of sin in our lives. Understanding our situation truthfully will open the way out from our problems. This attitude or action is called repentance. It means change of thinking, change of believing and change of life. Therefore, let us receive the Word of Truth and the Spirit of Truth and let them cleanse and enlighten our soul from all darkness! You'd better be aware of a potential to become deceived than to think arrogantly that you are safely living in truth. Humility is of truthfulness but pride is of falsehood. IN ORDER TO SEE AND CONCEIVE the truth of Jesus we need the REVELATION of the Holy Spirit. We also need the POWER of the Holy Spirit WHICH WILL ESTABLISH US IN THE TRUTH. Eph 1:17-18:…that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him; having the eyes of your heart enlightened, that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints… Eph 3:16-19: …that he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, THAT YE MAY BE STRENGTHENED WITH POWER THROUGH HIS SPIRIT IN THE INWARD MAN; THAT CHRIST MAY DWELL IN YOUR HEARTS THROUGH FAITH; to the end that ye, BEING ROOTED AND GROUNDED IN LOVE, MAY BE STRONG TO APPREHEND WITH ALL THE SAINTS WHAT IS THE BREADTH AND LENGTH AND HEIGHT AND DEPTH, AND TO KNOW THE LOVE OF CHRIST WHICH PASSETH KNOWLEDGE, that ye may be filled unto all the fulness of God. The truth of God is simple. You need to take time to study and meditate the Word of God so that the lies become destroyed. The Holy Spirit will help you all the time. When the truth is established in your heart, there will be no more room for lies. Read, listen, study and speak the truth of God until it will capture your inner being. The truth of God must be established in you mind as a greater truth than your circumstances, traditions, human theories or your own reasoning, experiences and feelings! Let the truth of God reign and lead your life and it will cause the full content of the inheritance of Jesus to manifest in your life. Prayer of receiving the truth: "Dear Jesus, I confess you as my Saviour, Healer and Deliverer from all sin, sickness and powers of darkness. I confess that you are the Truth and Your Word is the Truth. I condemn and reject all lies in my life and decide to step into the truth. I condemn and reject all compromise thinking and confusion in my mind and allow your Word to rule my life. I choose to worship and follow only you, Jesus. I believe that through Your blood all my sins are forgiven and I choose to stand up in new life with You. Thank you Jesus. Dear Jesus, give me the Spirit of wisdom and revelation to know you. Open the eyes of my heart to see and understand the full content of Your Salvation for my life and ministry. Strengthen my inner being and let me be rooted and grounded in Your love and Truth. Dear Jesus, reveal me your fullness and glory. Thank you Jesus, that I can be transformed towards your likeness. Fill me afresh with your Holy Spirit and fire. Thank you dear Jesus! Amen."
